Support Pets of the Homeless
Anyone who knows the REC team well, knows we are all massive dog lovers. So in the lead up to 'International Dog Day' on 26th August 2026, we are going on a fundraising campaign to support this amazing charity to help support homeless people with pet dogs to keep their companions healthy.
On the day itself, we will be doing a sausage sizzle at our Wentworth Falls shop (selling hot dogs of course hahaha) and we will be doing other activities as well.

Any amount you can give will go a long way to help provide much-needed pet food, veterinary care and safe shelter to support the people and pets who need it most.
Pets Of The Homeless recognises the deep bond between vulnerable people and their pets, and during times of crisis, they work to ensure that this bond is never broken due to a lack of essential pet care resources. By helping these pets, they are assisting their guardians to get back on their feet. Their efforts also reduce the number of healthy pets who are surrendered to shelters and potentially euthanised due to lack of resources or options.
The companionship and therapeutic value of pets is immeasurable, so please give generously to help me keep best friends together.
