Who can create a fundraising page?
Individuals, schools, community groups and corporate teams are all invited to jump online and fundraise.
We also know young people under 18 can be some of our most passionate fundraisers — they’ll just need parental or guardian consent to get started.
How long does it take for my fundraising page to go live?
Once you’ve completed the steps and accepted the Terms and Conditions, your page will be ready to go and you can start your fundraising straight away.
Can I personalise my fundraising page?
Absolutely you can! That's half the fun!
Give your fundraiser a title, add photos and the story behind your fundraising and share your 'why' with family and friends.
You'll even be able to post regular updates and thank your donors individually as donations are received.
How do I share my fundraising page?
Sharing your fundraising page is easy!
At the end of the set up process, a unique URL/webpage link will be generated, which you can copy and share with friends and family via email or across your social channels.
You’ll also receive a dedicated QR code for your page — perfect for adding to posters, flyers or other fundraising materials.
Can I see how much I've raised?
Yes, your fundraising page will automatically update every time a donation is received and this total will be visible to both your supporters and yourself.
Is there a minimum I need to raise? What if I don't receive any donations?
There’s no minimum fundraising requirement at all.
We know that while intentions are always good, sometimes fundraisers don’t go to plan — and that’s okay. Every effort to support our work is valued, regardless of the final amount raised.
How do I manage donations made to my page?
All donations made to your page go directly to Pets Of The Homeless with donors receiving a receipt immediately.
